Join me on an epic photography adventure to South Africa where we will visit Cape Town, Kruger National Park & Victoria Falls!  Experience beaches, culture, mountains and the stylish city of Cape Town, venture into Africa's most famous game reserve popular for its big five sightings!  (lion, buffalo, leopard, elephant and rhino). The last stop of the trip is one of the seven natural wonders of the world: Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. Take a cable car to the top of table mountain, explore the penguin filled beaches, take morning and night safari game drives, cool off in the swimming pool while watching animals quench their thirst at the waterhole...and so much more! The best part is, you will be adventuring with a group of women who share your love of travel & photography!

March 1st- travel day to arrive March 2nd  in Cape Town

March 2-5th ARRIVE IN CAPE TOWN-MOUNTAINS-PENGUINS-BEACHES-CITY LIFE

Upon arrival you will be transported to your hotel where you will enjoy a private room and a delicious breakfast each morning. Cape Town is, quite simply, one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Rising up behind the city bowl is unmistakable Table Mountain, a source of beautiful views and endless hiking opportunities. Explore the quirky streets of the city centre for boutique shops, respected galleries and delectable restaurants, or peruse the V&A Waterfront for food with a view. Head for the golden beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay, or south along the peninsula to Simonstown, with its naval history, bouldered beaches and more than a few penguins. We will fill our days with exploring, including a private tour of some of the most beautiful locations in Cape Town. 

March 5-9th KRUGER NATIONAL PARK-SAFARI TIME!

After your breakfast you will be transported to Cape Town International Airport for an early morning flight to Hoedspruit Airport. The group will be transported to the Milima Big 5 Safari Lodge in Kruger National Park. At this location we will get comfortable in our luxury safari tents. This is an all-inclusive lodge with all meals and activities (day and night game drives) included.

The incredible Kruger National Park is undoubtedly southern Africa’s most famous game reserve, well known for its outstanding variety of wildlife. It’s not just the national park that attracts attention either; the enormous private reserves around Kruger – the Sabi Sand and Timbavati to name a couple – are some of the most wildlife-rich areas in the world, packed to the rafters with prowling predators.

MILIMA is an all-around luxury experience. The surroundings are unique, accommodation top-of-the-range, excursions and activities offer adventure and the culinary aspects are an experience in their own right. MILIMA Big 5 Sarari Lodge is situated in a private corner of the well-known Greater Kruger National Park, where there's always a good chance of spotting the "Big Five": Lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos and buffaloes. The included game drives take you on exciting exploration through the bush in open Jeeps, with your experienced safari guide. Setting off on the afternoon game drive there will be sundowner stops at some of South Africa's most beautiful viewpoints in order for you to stretch your legs while enjoying a snack and a glass of wine.

March 9-11th VICTORIA FALLS, ZIMBABWE

Our group will be transported to Johannesburg Airport where we will catch our flight to Victoria Falls Airport. Upon arrival we will be transported to our next home away from home, Bayette Guest Lodge. Each attendee will enjoy a private room with breakfast included. 

Iconic and impressive, Victoria Falls is the most visited attraction in Zimbabwe. Justifiably so – the sheer volume of water that tumbles over the 1.6 kilometre-long cliff and plunges 110 metres into the Batoka Gorge is phenomenal, and the fine spray of mist that rises can be seen from almost 50 kilometres away. Both Zambia and Zimbabwe offer spectacular views of the waterfall, but perhaps (just perhaps!) Zimbabwe takes the top spot for the most majestic angles and spine-tingling walks. We will enjoy a dinner cruise on the Zambezi River (hippos anyone?) as well as a tour of Victoria Falls. I also have an extra special surprise prepared while in Victoria Falls!

March 11th-JOURNEY HOME

You will be transferred to the Victoria Falls airport to catch your flight to Johannesburg.  From Johannesburg you will make your international flight home.
